1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MoneyNeeds ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MoneyNeeds is a financial management application that provides tools for tracking credit scores, managing transactions, calculating loan amortization schedules, and receiving AI-powered financial analysis. The Service is provided for informational and personal finance management purposes only.

3. User Responsibilities and Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• False Information: Providing inaccurate, misleading, or false information when creating an account or using the Service
• Unauthorized Access: Accessing or attempting to access areas of the Service not intended for your use, or attempting to bypass security measures
• Data Manipulation: Tampering with, modifying, or attempting to manipulate transaction data, credit scores, or any other information in the Service
• Automated Access: Using bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Service without our prior written permission
• Reverse Engineering: Decompiling, disassembling, or reverse engineering the Service or its underlying code
• Illegal Activities: Using the Service for any unlawful purpose, including fraud, money laundering, or tax evasion
• Interference: Interfering with or disrupting the Service's operation, servers, or networks
• Harassment: Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other users or our team
• Content Restrictions: Uploading or transmitting any malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Commercial Use: Using the Service for commercial purposes without our express written consent

4. Account Requirements

To use certain features of the Service, you must:

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MONEYNEEDS, ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the Service content or AI-generated recommendations
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any downtime, service interruptions, or technical issues
• Financial losses, missed opportunities, or decisions made based on information from the Service
• Any third-party services integrated with the Service (including AI providers and OAuth services)

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• AI-generated financial advice is suitable for your specific circumstances
• Any information provided through the Service is accurate, complete, or up-to-date
• Defects will be corrected

You acknowledge that financial decisions carry inherent risks and you should consult with qualified financial professionals before making major financial decisions.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason including but not limited to violation of these Terms
• Refuse service to anyone for any reason at our sole discretion
• Remove or delete your data upon termination, subject to our data retention policies and legal obligations

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MoneyNeeds and its affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and partners from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of and access to the Service; (b) your violation of any term of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right; or (d) any claim that your use of the Service caused damage to a third party.

11. Modifications to Service and Terms

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any part thereof at any time without notice
• Update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms

12. Third-Party Services

The Service may incorporate services provided by third parties, including but not limited to:

• Google OAuth for authentication
• Openrouter and AI model providers for financial analysis
• Cloud hosting and database providers

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or legality of any third-party services. Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MoneyNeeds regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements or communications.
